Y6 Transition to Secondary School
How to apply for a Secondary School place
(for pupils born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015), they will transfer to secondary school in September 2026.
You can apply from July when your child is in Y5.
The deadlines for applying for your child's secondary place are:
- For online applications: midday Tuesday 14 October 2025
- For paper applications: 31st October 2025
